Stores
Let’s Go Shopping!
Here are a list of online stores I shop with often. Of course you can purchase products from the other lists I have on this site directly from the company, but when possible, I try to purchase multiple items from one location. It can work out to be cheaper in the long run.
General Health Items:
iHerb: I love iHerb they have NEARLY every thing I need or want in the way of day to day items. Using the following coupon code: OMA603 you can get $5.oo off on your first order-so be sure to use it!
Vitacost: Vitacost is my backup to iHerb. They have a huge inventory and their service has always been exceptional, but iHerb has a rewards program
Eco Friendly Gifts:
EcoExpress: EcoExpress has high quality, natural and organic gifts that are unique and memorable.
They carry a wide variety of beautiful gifts and support the environment with their wide assortment of earth friendly gourmet, fruit, spa and rain forest green gifts and baskets.
Cosmetics and Beauty Supplies:
If I am going to purchase a new item, I always do a bit of research. What are the actual ingredients? I can usually find it on the Cosmetic Database thanks to Skin Deep. Then I move on to…How much is it to purchase directly from the company? Has anyone posted reviews on the item or company? Are there any coupons online anywhere? Do yourself and your health a favor and know what you are purchasing!
Beautorium.com: All of the products here are natural or organic. You can feel save with nearly any item you purchase here, but as always, I suggest you research your items before you buy…check with the cosmetic data base from SkinDeep.
Lavera: Natural-organic hair, skin and body care, including cosmetics. Euro Certified Natural Cosmetics certified [read more on that here] You can feel save with nearly any item you purchase here, but as always, I suggest you research your items before you buy…check with the cosmetic data base from SkinDeep.
spalook: This is where you can get the more exclusive, brand name “natural” products. Not all of the items they sell are natural or organic, so research the item before you purchase. They tend to give you a lot of freebies, which is cool. But not all of the freebies will be products you should be using, which is not cool.
Additional stores:
Brighter Day Foods: This is a local store here in Savannah that now offers products online for nation-wide purchase. Their customer service is phenomenal and I shop with them at their local store nearly every week.
Tropical Traditions: Tropical Traditions is unique in that you can purchase household items, foods and meats, books, health appliances, supplements and more! I enjoy getting items in bulk…so we order “a lot” from them-they’re like my Sam’s Club but for healthy items. In fact, they even have a Healthy Buyers Club.
